I help people care for their bodies, recognize the patterns shaping their lives, and build and lead without losing themselves.
Through wellness education, ReclaimYou, and business mentorship, my work helps you hear yourself more clearly and choose a more intentional way forward.
Coherence isn’t about getting every part of your life right. It’s about learning to recognize what needs your attention and having the tools to respond. For me, that work has taken several forms.

Support the body carrying your life.
Your body is part of the conversation. Explore practical tools and education around foundational nutrition, essential oils, hormones, stress, sleep, energy and everyday wellness.

Come back to what is true for you.
Learn to recognize the patterns, roles and stories quietly shaping how you respond to life. The ARC method gives you a process for acknowledging what is real, reclaiming your ability to choose, and creating more intentionally.

Build something without losing yourself in the process.
For nearly two decades, I’ve built, led and mentored within doTERRA. Today, I help others build meaningful businesses with greater intention, stronger leadership and room to remain human along the way.

Hi, I’m Katie.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with people through wellness, personal growth, business, and leadership. And for a long time, I thought of those as different parts of what I did.
Over time, I began to see the same thing showing up in all of them.
The way we care for our bodies affects how we experience our lives. The way we relate to ourselves shapes our relationships with other people. The roles we’ve learned to play influence the choices we make. And what we believe about ourselves affects what we’re willing to create.
It’s all connected.
That understanding changed the way I approached wellness, the way I coached, the way I led, and eventually became the foundation for ReclaimYou and the ARC method.
Today, my work is less about giving people another version of who they should become and more about helping them hear themselves clearly, recognize what is no longer working, and have the support and tools to choose what comes next.
For me, that’s what coherence looks like.
We are not made up of separate pieces. Our bodies affect how we feel and respond. Our relationship with ourselves shapes what we tolerate, choose, and believe is possible. Our relationships reveal patterns we may not see anywhere else. And all of it influences what we create with our lives. When those parts are pulling in different directions, we feel it.
You may know what you want but continually choose against it. Your body may be asking for something your schedule doesn't allow. You may value honesty while saying yes when you mean no. You may be building something you want while losing yourself in the process.
I think of those places as contradictions. Not evidence that something is wrong with you, but information.
Coherence is what happens as we learn to notice those contradictions, understand what's underneath them, and bring the different parts of ourselves back into relationship.

How you care for and listen to the body carrying you.

How honestly you know, hear, and respond to yourself.

How you stay connected to yourself while being connected to others.

How you are intentional in building, choosing, and becoming.
Most meaningful change doesn’t begin with having the whole path figured out. It begins with noticing. Maybe your body has been asking for more support. Maybe you’ve realized you’ve been showing up in ways that keep the peace but leave you out of the equation. Maybe something you once needed to survive, belong, feel loved, or succeed no longer fits the life you want to live. Or maybe you’re ready to create something new and want to do it differently this time. You don’t need to know where it will lead. You just need to be willing to listen to what’s there.
